Combining their personal experiences and research in sound, light and space, Camille de Dieu and Laurent Novac created Studio Z1, a digital performative studio, in 2016. Over the last decade, Camille de Dieu has focused her work on matters and its reaction to different contexts using a range of techniques and mediums such as projection mapping, 3D modeling, sculpture, and light projection. Laurent Novac’s research is primarily situated in the creation of tools and works of “live” performance, with a particular accent on graphics rendering and sound creation. Over the last ten years, he participated in the development of audiovisual installations and performances that have found worldwide resonance.
