Masayuki Miyaji

Masayuki Miyaji is a Japanese artist born in 1985 in Mie who holds an MFA from Tokyo University of the Arts, where he studied sculpture. His practice moves across media and disciplines to probe the philosophical edges between possibility and impossibility, absorbing affordance theory and media theory without being bound by any single material or category. He has developed and shown work across cities in Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia as part of a peripatetic, travel-based practice.
