Lyon Nguyen is a movement and visual artist based in Ho Chi Minh City, where he also teaches Contact Improvisation, contemporary dance, and adult ballet. His choreographic works — including Surf on Tides, Will the Sheep Come to be Cleaned, and The Ballad of Emotional Incompetence — use collage strategies to heighten the somatic experience of complex identity.
