vietnamese musician and improviser who came to music early in a family steeped in artistic tradition, training in ethnic music and instruments including the t'rung and gourd at hanoi college of culture and arts. has performed widely across vietnam and europe, bringing the distinctive textures of vietnamese traditional music into dialogue with contemporary experimental practice. participated in the counterflows / vietnam collaboration thanh cảnh (sound & landscape) in 2023, an interdisciplinary exchange with scottish artists and hmong musicians in the hà giang mountains.
