Coco is a multidisciplinary artist and writer currently based between Montreal, Melbourne, Berlin and Saigon. Through stream-of-consciousness and auto-theory styles of writing, Coco blurs the lines between personal narratives, critical/psychological/philosophical theory and memoir. Rooted in authenticity and vulnerability, their work explores the resilience and adaptability of the human spirit, the power of love, courage, connection, compassion and the sanctuary of impermanence. Coco has worked in collaboration with Melbourne Queer Film Festival and Creative Victoria and has been published by the City of Darebin Writer’s Prize. They are committed to a daily writing period, resulting in an eternally evolving practice and perspective.
